HOW DO I SEND PHOTOGRAPHS...?
The Resale page for a home listing can accommodate up to nine pictures. If you have them available in digitized format (jpeg or gif), send them as attachments to an email Snap shots can be delivered to the Web Contact for scanning If you are using a Real Estate Agent (Reid's, etc.), they should be able to supply the pictures

LEASE AGREEMENT AWARENESS
	If you plan to sell your home in the Village, you should be aware that, in order for the sale to be completed, the Landlord (Reid's Heritage Homes) must be involved in certain areas For example, the Landlord must be informed of the sale and consent to it, must be satisfied with any selling agent, and must be satisfied with the financial capability of any buyer. In addition, both the selling agent and any buyer must be aware of the lease agreements, the nature and amounts of monthly payments, and the other facets of living in an adult lifestyle community For your convenience, we have reproduced two sections from a typical lease agreement used in the purchase of a home in the Village.
