Hi. My name is Krista. We're trying something new at Bigelow Flooring. Instead of you coming in to Bigelow Flooring location, to look at flooring, I am coming to you. For the initial consult, and until you need construction, your only contact and the only person coming into your home would be me. Q. Will you bring enough samples so that I can get a good feel for what type of flooring I want? Also, can you do measurements and give me a quote? A. An initial consult could happen over the phone or via email to understand what you are looking for. I would then bring out samples to reflect that conversation.
