Who we are:
We are Senior Home Care by Angels, Cambridge & Guelph, and we provide support to seniors and adults to help facilitate their Activities of Daily Living in order to help them stay in their homes. Our experienced caregivers can also supplement care to people in hospital, or living in retirement or assisted living facilities, where added care might be wanted or needed. Sometimes Government funded care just isn't enough, and we can help.
Costs:
Our affordable home care services are based on an hourly rate, and we will work with you to develop the personal care plan that's right for you and your family, and your budget. No matter what services you choose or how frequently you receive them, you'll still be getting top-quality services from professional, caring and compassionate caregivers. We work with insurance companies for those with coverage, as well as Veterans Affairs. For those on disability, you can use your Passport Funding for caregiver services as well.
Scheduling Care:
We can provide care from a few hours per day, up to 24/7 care. Scheduling is flexible, and we work with you based on your needs. We carefully screen all of our caregivers, including a Vulnerable Sector check, and hire based on experience and personality. We understand the importance of caring and compassion in a caregiver, and so we are highly selective about who we hire. We have a "Select Your Caregiver" program, where you have the option to interview caregivers yourself to see if it's a good fit before starting. You can also start with a caregiver that we recommend, and change if it doesn't work for you. We work with you to ensure all of our clients are happy. We are fully bonded and insured for your peace of mind.
Our History
We have been providing home care since 2007 in the Cambridge & Guelph area, and we pride ourselves on our service. We know that making the decision to have a caregiver come into your home is not an easy one. We have extensive experience and understand what our clients and families are looking for. We are a family run business that started out because our own elders needed help at home. We strive to provide the best care to our clients. We provide consistency in caregivers whenever possible, which helps ensure our client's comfort, trust, safety, and well being. Our goal is for our clients, families, and caregivers to form a trusting and caring relationship, where our clients feel genuinely seen and cared for.
